A crack of Light in the Darkness

I don't talk about it much on here, but my husband has been in a nineteen month battle with worker's comp over a back injury he suffered in Nov of 05. Every time we have tried to get help in one form or another the door has been shut on us. He has gone without any therapy for over a year and without pay for nine months.
This past Tuesday he had a hearing before the Industrial Commission (the people that oversee Worker's Comp). They actually found in Dan's favor. Not all that we wanted, but it is a little bit of positive. They have agreed that he can't do his job and needs an evaluation to see what he needs to have done to get him work somewhere else. It is still going to be such an uphill battle, but this is the first positive we've had in ages.
